PET and plastic bottle rinsers

Lightweight bottles need controlled support, gradual transfer and rinse settings that remove contamination without deformation, lift or unstable movement.
Empty PET, HDPE and other lightweight bottles may have a small stable base, flexible panels and low resistance to air or conveyor forces. The rinse method must therefore be developed with the holding system, not added after the bottle path has been chosen.
Neck support, close body guides, pockets, controlled spacing or dedicated holders may be appropriate depending on the format. Air pressure, nozzle direction, water impact, inversion and acceleration should be set by trial with real production samples.
